Every ceremony is bespoke and unique.  I offer value for money, my time and energy to make your celebration a wonderful occasion, with all the love, thought and design to make it your unforgettable personal experience. 

Working together we can decide on all the things, people, places you would like included in your celebration.

Included in the price is:

  • Initial meeting where we plan your thoughts and ideas to make them reality.

  • Outline of the ceremony with draft copies to edit as and when necessary.

  • Communicating with those involved in the preparation of the ceremony.

  • Face-to-face meetings, emails, phone calls, zoom meetings and text messages to reassure and provide peace of mind nothing has been forgotten.

  • Any special requests to be included that you have thought of and want to be part of this celebration.

  • Travel up to 25 miles included. If beyond this distance travel expenses may be charged at 45p per mile.

  • All prices are plus VAT  

Naming ceremonies – from £200

A naming ceremony is a wonderful way to celebrate new life or a new name and identity that a child or person will treasure and remember for the rest of their life.

Let me help you welcome a baby into the world or acknowledge a person who has chosen a new name and identity to share with family, friends and their community.

  • Telling a story – how and why was this name selected and its origins. 

  • The Naming: The parents/family members officially announce the child's or adults name at the celebration. 

  • Writing pledges of love, care, and commitment to the child or adult. 

  • Selecting readings, music, poems, or songs to add meaning to the celebration. 

  • Discuss any symbolic rituals like a sand ceremony, candle lighting, or planting a tree or plant

  • Provide a commemorative Certificate and decide when and where this should take place.

Vow Renewal – from £600

Do you want to say ‘I do’ again?  Renewal of Vows is a lovely way to dedicate your love and lives to each other once again. 

  • I will support you both in writing a suitable and unique script reflecting your love for each other as you continue your married life.

  • Discuss a suitable and perfect location, with accessibility and practicalities for the day

  • Use your memories, cultural heritage and experience of married life to add you the celebration reflecting you as a couple, with family and friends

Wedding -from £600

Let’s create and craft a wonderful wedding day celebration for you and your family.

  • Discuss your plans, preparations and ideas for your special day.

  • In collaboration with you, prepare a script and edit as many times as is necessary.

  • Planning meetings with you before the ceremony (Face to face, Zoom or by Phone)

  • A bespoke ceremony script, reflecting personalised readings, music and rituals.

  • Coordination with your suppliers and anyone else involved in organising the day

  • A Wedding Rehearsal if required to give confidence and reassurance

  • Attendance at and delivery of the ceremony on the day.

  • Additional commemorative certificates and symbolic rituals if required.  

Funeral – from £200

We will talk many times about your ideas and suggestions to create a ceremony that feels comfortable and customised for you and your family to get it just right.

  • A bespoke ceremony script to include poems, readings, reflections, music and any symbols or memorabilia of your loved one’s life

  • Co-ordinate with the funeral director  

Memorial Services – from £200

A lovely way to celebrate a life after a funeral

  • I can help to write a script for the memorial

  • Discuss where this is going to take place

  • Think about the ceremony with music, memories from friends and family, poems, readings and memorabilia special to your loved one.

  • An informal or formal ceremony or party atmosphere to celebrate the life of the person is your choice

  • Communication to revise and refine plans and considerations on the day

Scattering of ashes service – from £100

This moving and personal event can take place when you and your family feel the time is right, so it is not always immediately after a funeral.

  • I can help craft a script to be read on the day by a member of your family or myself

  • Discuss the perfect location with accessibility and practicalities for the day

  • Decide whether ashes will be interned in a special place or scattered in a place significant to your loved one.

  • Consider permission and any legalities involved in ashes being interned or scattered in a place that requires permission

  • Meet or talk to discuss options and preferences which you would like to do for your loved one.
